  GenCliP      Databases      Cluster      Treeview      Sample

Specification:
1. Current version of GenCLiP is 20081120, updated in 2008-11-20.
2. The source program can be found in the install files and is written with Microsoft visual basic 6.0 language.
3. The databases will be updated every six months. Current release is 20080718. Please download the zip file, uncompress and replace the same files in the installation folder.
4. The array file GenCLiP outputs can be used directly as input for Cluster software, such as Cluster or Spotfire, selecting the average linkage hierarchical clustering algorithm. And the output of cluster software can also be used as input for viewer tool, such as Treeview or MapleTree.
5. Sample is an application of GenCLiP on a list of different expressed genes derived from microarray analysis between keloids and normal skin. They include gene list files and original keywords tables.
